Hueloom - Marketing Content Specialist (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a talented Marketing Content Specialist to take full responsibility of our inbound marketing strategies including social media, blogs and lead generation.
- Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background. You should be able to develop engaging social media campaigns to attract and retain customers. For this position, it's also essential to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends.
- Should have sound experience in creating campaign hashtags, campaign name and ideas, product messaging and product positioning.
- Ultimately, you should be able to expand our company's digital footprint and brand awareness.
Responsibilities :
- Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
- Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
- Collaborate with design teams to produce high quality content posters.
- Develop editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
- Deliver engaging content on a regular basis and inspire team members
- Edit, proofread and improve social media messaging
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Analyze web traffic metrics
- Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
- End-to-end ownership of the brand's content strategy
- Scheduling and closely adhering to the brand content calendar
- Create written content for the following:
- Copy & captions for the brand's social media posts
- Short & long form blogs for the brand's website
- Internal & external brand communications
Content for any other brand marketing collaterals as required
- Work with in-house / freelance graphic designers to make sure the messaging is conveyed properly for all creatives and collaterals
Requirements :
- Min. 2 years of experience in content creation across platforms for fashion brands / labels with a focus on women's western wear
- Experience working with both website & social media copy / content preferred
- A proven portfolio of previous work that demonstrates content acumen & brand language adherence
- Must be good with Google Suite & familiar with Canva
