Marketing Manager
Required skills & experience :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion marketing, preferably for smaller, standalone fashion brands
- Proven track record of effectively using marketing strategies to increase online engagement and sales / lead generation
- Experience in conceptualizing and running online / offline marketing campaigns with a positive ROI
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and quick changes to marketing campaigns / strategies
- Proven portfolio of running successful seasonal & brand campaigns (fashion-related) across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)
Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of the brand's marketing strategy
- Create and run cross-channel campaigns for the following:
- Seasonal promotions
- Collection releases
- Social media growth
- Offline brand awareness
- Conceptualize and manage campaign-related photoshoots
- Ensure that the KPIs for online / offline brand growth are met
- Manage the brand's cross-channel advertising
- Work with graphic designers to visualize and bring marketing campaigns / collaterals to life
