Hudson Agronomy - Sales Coordinator/Sales Support Role (2-4 yrs)
Job description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare and regularly update excel database of incoming sales leads
- Generate new leads from marketing databases, colleagues, social media platforms, personal field visits
- Establish connect with prospective customers through relentless tele-calling and in-person visits
- Track and maintain contact with the prospects till they qualify as active lead.
- Work closely with sales teams on timely passing-on the active leads and follow-up for regular updates from them.
- Ensure strong leadership with the team
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling queries by phone.
- Train and coach, the new joiners to ensure higher performance
- Creating sales plans and processes.
- Forecasting sales and creating reports.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Strong in Excel.
- Communication should be strong
