Hudle - Manager - Sales - West (4-10 yrs)
- The Sales Manager will lead B2B partner acquisition in their region and will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Their work will involve partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners. HUDLE partners are sports venues of different kinds including private sports facilities, members-only clubs, educational institutes and others.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Enabling a team of Sales Executives to achieve their sales targets of B2B Partner Acquisition
- Owning the entire sales process for their region including lead generation, maintaining a healthy pipeline, process setting, outbound outreach, and closing.
- Setting processes required to make the sales process efficient
- Building business relationships with current and potential partners
- Giving App demos, creating informative presentations and explaining Hudle plans to prospective Partners.
- Regularly updating Sales CRM (Fresh sales)
- Weekly and Monthly reporting of the progress to management
Requirements & Qualifications :
- Graduation in any discipline
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in English, Hindi and local languages) and a knack for sales.
- 4+ years of experience in sales; preferably in a B2B environment and similar industry
- A drive to crack the next deal and resilience to handle rejection
- Experience of selling to a range of partner personas; from a fully tech-savvy person to an uneducated businessman.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other modern tools
- Ready to work in a dynamic and fast-paced start-up environment
