Hudle - Executive - Event Marketing (1-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Streamline sports event registrations through technology : Hudle

- Growing the number of transactions on Hudle for partner events through innovative ideas and execution

- Coordinate with brand partners to organize events & activities

- Build attractive event listings on Hudle to ensure the best player experience possible

- Build business relationships with current and potential partners: event organizers, venue partners, and sponsors to enhance event experiences and drive revenue opportunities.

- Actively engage in business development to secure, retain, and grow the number of partners

- Build & maintain a process to track event queries & leads from different sources

- Closing deals and working with partners through the closing process

- Work closely with the Marketing team to promote the events listed on the app, share content, and build strategies to increase event leads

- Work closely with the business team for a holistic understanding of the business and align events marketing strategies

- Work closely with the product team and give suggestions based on consumer & partner insights

- Track payments, reconciliation and accounting with the support from the Accounts team

- Become an expert on the product: Hudle & Hudle Partner App

Eligibility :

- A bachelor's Degree with 1+ years prior experience in sports event management is a must

- Ability to understand and solve problems at scale

- Excellent professionalism; ownership & accountability for their work

- Attention to detail

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and build a relationship with partners (Hindi and English mandatory; other regional languages are a bonus)

- Comfortable working with Technology and Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus

- Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
