Hubrum - Junior Role - Lead Generation (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for Lead Generation specialists who will be able to generate qualified appointments for our sales team.
Job Summary
- Meet and/or exceed monthly performance targets for lead generation (appointments with prospects) using social media platforms/job sites/cold calling/email campaigns/online networking.
- Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing web research tools.
- Update prospect database with conversations, competitive information, company size, and other pertinent information.
- Perform timely follow up on email campaigns
- Develop inside sales monthly reports in an accurate and timely fashion
Primary Skill set
- Should have 0-2 years of experience with generating leads using different Market Research Techniques.
- Should possess experience in Sales Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Mass Mail Campaign etc
- Conduct detailed research on company database and loading it in the company CRM.
- Sound knowledge in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoominfo, Jigsaw, Manta, Xing etc
- Should able to contribute towards the revenue generation of the organization
- Should have excellent proficiency with MS-Office
- Good communication skills
- Work experience with service-based IT would be an added advantage
- Good selling & negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex processes.
- Customer minded attitude
- Good analytical skills & aptitude to self-learning
Responsibilities and Duties
- Linkedin Marketing, Outreach , B2B Lead Generation, Profile building and optimization.
- Should do Competitors & Market Research.
- Run Linkedin Advertising (PPC) for Lead Generation.
- Building an expertise with a range of technology products and solutions to meet and manage prospective customers and suggesting solutions.
- Direct responsibility for identifying, qualifying, developing, proposing & closing new opportunities.
- Farming within the existing accounts.
- To generate leads and meet end users through field visits.
- Understand the unique needs of customers, present and suggest solutions, demo products as required.
- Responsible for end to end Business Cycle Management, right from Lead Generation to closing of orders and follow up for payments.
- Cross Sell & Up Sell Opportunities.
- Understand market and competition products and services.

- Managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.
- Knowledge of the organization & contacts.
