The Role:
Making sales by establishing contact and developing relationship with prospects. Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieving stretched targets in a result-focused environment.
- Delivering inspiring sales presentation to convert prospect to successful sales.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customer through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.
- Display efficiency in gathering market and customer info to enable negotiations regarding variations in prices, delivery and customer specifications to their managers.
- Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.
- Record sales, order- information- and report the same to the reporting boss.
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to their respective employer.
- Corporate Relationship Management & revenue generation from existing client.
Minimum Requirements:
- MBA with marketing specialization.
- Experience: 3 yrs. of B2B and B2C sales preferred.
- Electronic Company Experience is mandatory.
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite software, Zoho CRM.
- Writing, reading and speaking fluency in both English and Hindi.
Salary Structure:
- INR 3.0 LPA to INR 3.6 LPA depending on experience.
- Heavy Incentives are extra based on performance.
