Role : Customer Support Executive
Responsibilities :
- Develop deep knowledge of the Hubbler platform & Develop training content for all users
- Answer our Partner's questions with thoughtful and solution-oriented responses
- Ensure timely response and resolution to user queries
- Innovate ways in which we can better support our user community
- Adhere to the company policies and resolution processes
- Capture and report user feedback towards continual product development
- Maintaining relationships with clients, which includes implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Establishing a advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our platform
- Communicate with internal teams to provide the best possible customer service
- Assist the Product Managers to Provide feedback from clients about product requirements
- Ability to Understand the problem and to recommend the required and feasible solution
Requirements :
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Well-spoken, process-oriented, and great at communication.
- Demonstrate an appropriate sense of urgency for contact response time
- Ability to engage in difficult conversations with composure.
- Based in Bangalore or ready to move
