Hub Manager/Branch Manager - Sales - NBFC/Bank (9-19 yrs)
HUB Manager/Branch Sales Manager/Private banker/Banking & Nbfc's
- Accountable for the performance of individual's own client book.
- Deliver Net New Cash, AUM, and revenue growth targets and key operating metrics (such as tail accounts management, client acquisition, client satisfaction, portfolio mix).
- Generate a healthy pipeline of target market prospects and convert them into clients.
- Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing customer relationships.
- Implement an asset allocation in line with the client needs and model portfolios as benchmarks.
- Deliver, monitor and review solutions to clients based on client investment profile and in consultation with central product & research team
- Conduct periodic reviews of client accounts in accordance with established procedures.
- Deliver profitable growth by controlling costs and mitigating operational losses.
- Comply with applicable rules, regulations and processes as defined by regulators / management
- To sourcing Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Privilege Accounts through a team of sales officers
- To control rejection ( Less than 2 %) of Account Opening Forms sourced by the team by promoting adherence to process norms
- On boarding calls for FDs and SIP on newly opened Saving Accounts.
- To maximize float on NCA and ERV saving account customers.
- To improve the efficiency and productivity of the team of sales officer through continues training.
- You have to Acquire HNW Ultra HNI Clients and Responsible for all Wealth Products.
- Handle all Wealth Management Products just like(MUTUAL FUND,PMS,Insurance,).
