Our client is a leading food aggregator with presence in metros and some of the A & B type cities in India. They are looking for P&L (HUB) Heads for Bangalore, Guwahati, Siliguri and Cochin.
The Candidate and job profile is as mentioned below:
Number of positions : 4
Location : Bangalore, Guwahati, Siliguri and Cochin
Education : Post Graduation in Sales and Marketing Management from a premium institute
Experience : 10 to 14 years Sales Operations experience in the FMCG, Pharma or Paint industry, out of which at least 3-4 years must be in the senior management category
Willing travel on work
Responsibilities for the region covered :
- Heading the Sales operations for the assigned region
- Managing Sales and marketing operations
- P&L management
- Implements Regional sales programs by developing field sales action plans
Compensation will commensurate with industry standards
