Required Territory Sales Manager for handset Industry
Location: Surat- Gujarat
1. Job Responsibilities:
- The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for managing a given territory to achieve business targets (both strategic and fiscal) Smart Phones products through the Super Stockiest /Distributors (Key Accounts).
- Manage end to end business at Key accounts with regards to sales, marketing & after Sales.
- Drive Sellout & Sell through for all Key account partners.
- Ensure min threshold levels of extraction.
- Ensure In store & Out store visibility.
- Ensure hygiene of permanent and semi permanent fixtures deployed by the Organization.
- Ensure upward movement of the Key Accounts: B to A, A to A+ as per targets specified by the organization.
2. Key skills : Territory Management, Retail Sales, Channel Development, Dealer Channel Management, Retail Channel Sales, Territory In charge
3. Required Candidature:
- Candidate with good Communication Skills from Telecom /Mobile Handset Industry- Preferred Experience In General Trade.
- Excellent people skills and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels.
- Proven track record of building business and hitting sales targets.
- Required Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 Years of Experience in Telecom /Mobile Handset Industry.
Education Qualification:
- Minimum Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline
- Maximum Educational Qualifications: MBA or equivalent degree in marketing/sales
