HTS Learn - Education Counsellor (0-1 yrs)

As an Education Counsellor at HTS Learn, your primary role will be to guide students towards academic, professional, and personal success. The ideal candidate is empathetic, passionate about helping young people thrive, skilled in communication, and capable of tailoring services to meet the unique needs of individuals.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conducting counselling sessions with students.

2. Assessing students' skills, interests, and personalities.

3. Meeting with parents and teachers to discuss students needs.

4. Creating academic and career development plans.

5. Directing students and families to helpful resources.

6. Guiding students through academic improvement.

7. Helping students develop transferable skills.

8. Coordinating and conducting informational sessions about university admissions, career planning, and personal development.

9. Maintaining accurate notes and student records.

Requirements:

Education: Higher secondary (12th pass) or Graduation.

Experience: At least one year of counselling experience for candidates with a 12th-grade qualification.

Languages: English-proficient.

Skills: Written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, empathy, interpersonal skills, record-keeping, confidentiality

Work Environment:

- Full-time in-office position, 48 hours per week.

- Supplemental pay (overtime and bonuses).
