Job Title: Inside Sales Lead
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 4-5 years in Inside sales
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation : Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research, cold calling, networking, & marketing support to contribute to the sales pipeline.
2. Meeting Setup : Coordinate and schedule monthly meetings for sales managers, ensuring timely and efficient meeting logistics and meeting a set monthly target for setting up meetings.
3. Sales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in sales activities, including documentation, follow-up, and reporting.
4. Sales Targets : Work closely with sales managers to support their efforts in meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
5. Product Knowledge : Develop a good understanding of our job board platform's features, benefits, and competitive advantages to assist in communicating its value proposition to prospects.
6. Team Coordination : Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a streamlined workflow and alignment with sales strategies.
7. Client Relationship Support : Assist in maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
8. Sales Reporting : Accurately document and maintain records of sales activities, updates, and progress in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar Sales role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales support tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented with a focus on supporting sales team targets and objectives.
