HT Media - Key Account Manager (4-8 yrs)
Job Purpose - As a Key Account Manager specializing in the OTT play segment at Hindustan Times, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and engagement with key B2B clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding their needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring maximum satisfaction with our OTT services.
Key responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with key B2B clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all OTT-related inquiries and support.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' requirements, gaining insights into their business objectives, target audience, and content preferences.
- Solution Customization: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including content creators, technical experts, and marketing professionals, to tailor OTT solutions that align with clients' goals and enhance their offerings.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities for expanding clients' OTT offerings, such as introducing new content formats, subscription models, or value-added services, to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address any challenges or concerns raised by clients, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with our OTT services.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the OTT space, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
- Customized Content Packages: Work with LCOs and ISPs to create customized content packages tailored to the preferences of their customer base. This could involve curating specific genres or types of content that are popular among their subscribers and offering these as add-ons or included in their existing subscription packages.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, viewership metrics, and revenue generation, using data-driven insights to optimize OTT strategies and maximize ROI for clients.
Skill /Experience Required for the Job
- 3 Plus years' experience from relevant industry in Channel /Distribution sales experience
- Must have experience of managing ISP's | Distribution network for Telecom | OTT sales
- Relation Oriented and excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent written & oral communication
- He/She should be self-motivated with high achievement orientation
