1. Data Cleaning and Enrichment:

- Take ownership of data quality by performing regular data cleaning, deduplication, and verification processes to maintain a high level of accuracy in the marketing database.

- Collaborate with various teams to identify and rectify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors after every campaign.

- Research and implement strategies for data enrichment to enhance the value of the marketing database. Like, checking the data quality using various tools online.

2. Data Finding and Creation:

- Conduct research to identify new data sources and opportunities for data acquisition.

- Strategically create additional data elements to enhance customer profiles and segmentation, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

3. Marketing Automation and CRM Management:

- Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage and organize customer data, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and goals.

- Expertly navigate HubSpot to set up and manage drip campaigns, automated emails, and other marketing initiatives.

- Establish and maintain a seamless sync between HubSpot and the company website, effectively using it as a CRM for the marketing team.

- Leverage Apollo, Zeobounce, Rocketreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other marketing tools as required to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead generation.

4. Campaign Setup and Accountability:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign requirements and objectives.

- Take ownership of campaign setup and execution, ensuring accurate audience segmentation, contact lists, and automation workflows.

- Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations to enhance results.

5. Database Maintenance and Team Collaboration:

- Regularly update and maintain the marketing database, adhering to best practices for data integrity and privacy regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and alignment with overall company objectives.

6. Fast-Paced Environment:

- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.

7. Vendor Management

- On-boarding, co-ordinating & closely working with all the vendors who are providing services relevant to the B2B marketing team

- You will be the B2B Marketing Team's contact between the HT Media finance team and the vendor and will be responsible for generating POs, clearing Invoices, and ensuring timely payments
