HT Media - Executive - Demand Generation Campaign (1-3 yrs)
Demand Generation Campaign Executive will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating and executing online multi-modal digital marketing campaigns including primarily Email marketing and small campaigns on Linkedin, SEM and social media campaigns for the purpose of generating leads and queries from prospective customers.
- The candidate will develop carefully curated demand generation prospect lists, manage the regular health of existing contacts database, and employ various digital marketing strategies to augment the existing database with high quality, validated contacts.
- Understand different customer cohorts (new vs. repeat, broken down by source, locations, offers vs. non-offers, categories bought etc. ) and behavior across platforms.
- Planning the customer journey, customer lifecycle, understanding customer behavior and executing campaigns/engagement programs to improve retention.
- Drive landing page optimization and execute tasks for optimizing campaigns.
- Track full funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign ideas based on conversion rates.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs to leadership.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Leads Team and obtain feedback on the quality of leads generated from marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to HTML, CSS, Javascript and Salesforce CRM would be preferred but not necessary.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, high attention to detail.
