- We are looking for someone who is a movie buff and a bollywood enthusiast. Someone who can manage a young vibrant team. Also someone who is future oriented and look sat aiding in growing this business.
Desired Competencies :
- Proven editorial skills.
- Outstanding command of the English. Has a nose for the story and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience.
- Skill at both long-form content creation and real-time (immediate) content creation and distribution strategies and tactics.
Responsibilities :
- The ability to lead and inspire teams of creative personnel and content creators to achieve company's stated goals.
Experience :
- A suitable candidate with over 8 to 10 years working in the field of main stream media, digital media preferably as a Senior Content Editor. He/She should also have experience in the management of a team, leading that team to successful accomplishment of its goals.
- The position being highly interactive, demands that the Head of Content be a highly relatable individual with the ability to engage easily with people and build strong and long lasting relationships.
