HRMantra - Senior Business Development Executive - IT Infrastructure Vertical (5-8 yrs)
Order Closure - Preparing RFPs, Quotations, Tender Documents etc. and follow ups for order closure and achieving the set targets
Product Demonstration - Giving Software product demo online and on-site to the clients, business partners and to sales/marketing team as and when required.
Sales Review Meeting - Conducting and reviewing sales meetings with the team members
Sales Strategy Planning- Contributing to and developing long-term marketing plans and strategies;
- Work with the inter departments to develop new business innovation ideas
Leads Generation- Generate leads for products and services through cold call etc.
Team Handling- To identify resources and assign individual responsibilities for department specific activities.
- Assisting and monitoring team in their daily activities and communicate them about new innovations and how they can use to leverage departmental efforts.
- Sales Promotional Activities- Organizing and attending events and exhibitions; Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers.
- Creating and maintaining brand image of the business to drive customer loyalty
Business Partner Management- Coordinating with Business Partners, Franchisees for sales activities for their prospecting client
Indirect Marketing- Creating strategies for indirect marketing like tie-up with colleges for HR course etc.
