Hranker Educational Solution - Associate - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Role : Business Development Associate
We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking admission counselor who can guide students to take admissions in appropriate courses in our partner institutes.
Responsibilities :
- Calling the students preparing for Government exams and guiding them about the details and fees structure for our online test series.
- Take regular follow ups from students.
- Pitch referral program to students who take admissions.
- Managing all the student leads generated from marketing campaigns.
Requirements :
- Preferred with minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Proven experience in Telesales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively persuade and influence others.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills. Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Remuneration :
- In hand Salary: Upto 4 Lakhs per annum
- Incentives: Upto 2 Lakhs per annum
