HOWL - Manager - Social Media (5-6 yrs)

What You Will Do:
1. Design, build and maintain the client's brand presence across digital platforms, extending beyond social media.
2. Act as the point of contact for clients for all things related to the management and smooth functioning of accounts and ensuring deliverables are being met.
3. Must be able to convert the client brief into an actionable marketing plan which covers internal briefing for the content, creative and performance teams
4. Analyse the success of digital campaigns and report on KPIs set down before the campaign.
5. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
6. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
7. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
8. Utilise strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
9. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
10. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
11. Strong team management skills with the ability to grow and develop the teams you will lead as well as effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Who You Are :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience of 5+ years in digital marketing, client servicing and team management
- Highly creative and logical while identifying target audiences
- Capable of ideating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics and sentiment tracking tools (e.g. Meltwater, Sprinklr, Hubspot, Buffer, Facebook Ad Manager, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Eager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Good communication skills and proficiency in English
