Howell - Manager - Commercial Sales - ELV Products Vertical (10-12 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
1. Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate full scope of Howell solutions and services to meet customer business goals and achieve company sales objectives, including sales volume and market share.
2. Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business, includes hospitality client, Health care sector, corporate clients.
3. Target and contact key decision makers and develop positive relationships to secure the sale of Howell offerings.
4. Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity; provide progress and execution updates.
5. Present and close sales opportunities with corporate customers.
6. Maintain thorough knowledge of security, Fire, automation (IBMS) & Networking industry trends to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer's primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements.
7. Interact with End Users, architects, consultants to understand their requirements & design Fire, Safety, Security, Automation solutions as per requirements.
8. Map all the major corporate clients in the region and prepare plan with team to develop business with those accounts.
9. Focus on Monthly sales targets and derive the strategy to achieve the same.
Desired profile of the candidate :
1. You should be: Graduate (BSc/Dip./BE/BTech/in Electronics/E & C/Computers field preferably MBA in marketing.
2. Candidates who have experience in corporate sector are required.
3. Candidates with security system industry background of at least 10-12 years will be required.
4. Those candidates who have relationship with major corporates will have Strong advantage.
5. Should have excellent communication skills & Should have good command over the English/Hindi
6. Should have working experience of 10-12 years in security systems, IT and AV business 7+ years in a sales with corporate sector.
7. Should be strong in Techno-commercial
8. Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate solutions, and position Howell as provider of choice.
9. Proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management.
10. Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
11. Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques.
12. Proven ability to identify customer needs and articulate energy solutions.
13. Travel required in North India.
14. IT Hardware/Networking knowledge will be added advantage
