Howden Insurance Brokers - Senior Manager - Corporate Sales (10-15 yrs)
Job Objective :
To join the marketing team and to enable the team to achieve growth and financial success (as measured by growth in Throughput premium, Commission income, Customer retention ratios & EBITDA/PBT) in a rapidly developing, changing and highly competitive environment. In this role the individual will be required to have a good knowledge of General Insurance Products, People skills, Business Strategy, Planning and Execution skills.

- Achievement of Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development
- Customer Acquistion Function
- Corporate Market Mapping
- Building a sustainable Sales pipeline
- Relationship Management with Clients
- Building strong network within Insurers / TPA
- Representing Howden among corporates
- Collaborating with team to support the regions achieve the target numbers

Experience & Education :
10 - 15 years experience in to corporate sales in the BFSI sector and preferably in Broking /General Insurance.
