Position-Business Development Manager/ Sales Head

Location-HSR Layout, Bangalore

Job Description : 

- Should be confident in generating new leads by own effort and convert them into sale is most important. Need to target major B2C\B2B\direct customers\builders\real estate company to tie up with them for sailing our interior products in their entire projects.

- Should be able to handle the team with fixed revenue and target month on month for the company. People management skill is very important.

- Should have good knowledge in sales process, preparing quotations, work orders, PPT for presentations, WSR, Sales forecast, CRM, Sales prospects and excels.

- As a Business Manager your major focus should be on outbound lead generation which includes public sector, private sector, government sector, Channel partner, non- premium residential projects etc. in Bangalore.

- Need to focus more on outside sales to generate more leads by your own and team efforts which would the primary and lead generation by the company would be secondary. Should not dependent 100% on the company for lead generation/ sales closer.

- Need to arrange training for new employees related to sales and contribute towards more sales process to make the sales department one of the most consistent and stable department in the organization.

- Should handle complete Sales team and Design Team to ensure and check the Design work completed on timely basis.

- Visit potential customers for new business and generate new leads for the company.

- Need to introduce new products/ vendors/ exporters for the company and need to generate new B2B/ B2C business opportunities for company.

Experience Required :

- At least should be any graduate\MBA\BBM\BBA and should have 3-10 years of experience into Marketing & Sales or Business Development. Experience into interior\real estate field would be an added advantage.

- Need to achieve target as individual and team level given by the company every month and every quarters. Should not hesitate to handle clients directly with individual efforts always for presales\sales.

- Should be ready to handle all the escalations raised by your respective customer till handover the project
