1) Making calls on a lead provided by the company and ask clients for site visits.
2) Responsible for New Client Acquisition.
3) Aggressively achieving the sales target.
4) Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per needs.
5) Continuous follow-up with clients for their requirements.
6) Candidates should be capable of selling high-rise residential properties.
7) Pointing out a property's best feature to buyers and answering their questions.
8) Maintaining good relations with existing and new channel partners.
