Key Accounts Manager
Job purpose :
The primary function of the role is to manage the customer account (Airlines). KAM should take care of each and every requirement raised by the customer, and make sure that the same is acknowledge and processed in right manner. Relationship/Rapport building is the key substance in this role. KAM should understand the type, behavior and each minute details about the customer and manage his team of SE and other resources to make sure the customer requirements are satisfied - before time- and also will be responsible for all the after sales services. Job function includes the training and up bringing the team of SE reporting to KAM.

- Vendor Management
- Relationship
- Credit
- Trouble shooting
- Team management
- Training on products & Industry
- Tracking (Process, conversion % etc)
- New Customer Acquisition
- Reporting
- On business plan for month
- Actual and expected GP
- Business promotion plans
- New acquisition plans
KPIs :
- Target v/s Actual for account handled
- Conversion % (RFQ to Quote and Quote to PO)
Qualifications :
Education: Graduation in any stream with minimum 50%
Skills: Excellent communication skills
Characteristics: Go getter and leadership abilities
Working conditions :
Weekly one day off (Sunday), and alternate Saturday off
Special Condition: Should be available online 24/7 (mobile) to allocate and manage the ongoing tasks.

SE team (We can assign SE against each KAM)
