Job description :
1. Formulate the strategy and execution of all online demand generation, with a laser-focus on data-driven decisions that generate new users for our products
2. Own the strategy and roadmap for paid acquisition efforts, with top priorities being continual traffic growth and increased conversions.
3. Define, plan, and execute campaigns across multiple digital channels including, but not limited to, paid search, display/retargeting, paid social, etc. that result in sales qualified opportunities.
4. Should be able to analyze the business holistically, target audience and competitor's campaigns.
5. Should be single-handedly able to launch, run and analyze campaigns.
6. Hardcore lead generation experience with e-commerce clients, service-based clients.
7. Ability to think and run creative campaigns based on target audience profiling.
Skills required :
1. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
2. Experience with B2C social media, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
3. Familiarity or knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Marketing, and native content platforms
4. Creativity and willingness to experiment and try new things - all in the name of driving leads and revenue.
5. Data and response-driven. You analyze the performance of past efforts to improve future ones.
