Housejoy - Manager - Sales (7-15 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Drive business growth and profitability of the region with strong supply sourcing, operations, marketing, competition, and consumer analytics.
- Will be responsible for driving day-to-day operations to achieve the overall strategic goals for the company.
- Delivering Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual targets
- Executes inter-category / intra-category events and sales promotions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional internal partners to execute the brand vision with a customer-centric approach
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development preferably in the Real Estate/Interior/Construction industry
- Proficiency in English, Kannada, Hindi
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
