House of Rare - Senior Executive - Customer Support (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a customer support executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The candidate must be highly motivated, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with tact and diplomacy.
- Escalate customer concerns to management when necessary.
- Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other teams such as sales and technical support to resolve customer issues.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
- Continuously improve the customer support process by suggesting improvements and streamlining procedure.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Prior experience in customer support, sales or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
