As a Sales Manager at [House Banao], you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our sales team, driving sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a key role in developing and implementing sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage, lead, and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals and targets.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure the company's strong presence.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

- Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.

- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar managerial role in

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

- Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and tactical sales plans.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and draw actionable insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
