Hotelogix - Specialist - Customer Success & Sales (1-4 yrs)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Proven work experience in sales and customer support (preferably sales)
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence
- Good experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Description :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all escalations in customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers & key accounts
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. business health, system usage, customer satisfaction index etc.)
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on account status
- Collaborate with back-end team to ensure swift & efficient onboarding
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Ensure client retention with the team

Incorporated in March 2008, Hotelogix provides a cloud-based Property Management System to small & midsize Hotels which includes (B&Bs, City Hotels, Serviced Apartment, Guest House, Multiple Properties).
