Sales Development Representative (Night shift)
Position Description :
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for making outbound calls, opportunity discovery, and qualification. Additionally, the SDR will be responsible for handling inbound leads and discerning the quality/value of those leads for further qualification by the Sales team.
Responsibilities :
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with Enterprise and medium-sized companies and agencies by phone
- Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and via e-mail
- Develop relationships at all levels from General Manager, Revenue Manager, IT teams
- Qualify and allocate leads for sales team
- Work with a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
- Develop and sustain knowledge of Hotelogix's offerings and associated technologies
- Data-entry and lead management of company records into our CRM
- Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply this knowledge to help generate further new business
- Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts
About Hotelogix :
Incorporated in March 2008, Hotelogix provides a cloud-based Property Management System to small & midsize Hotels which includes (B&Bs, City Hotels, Serviced Apartment, Guest House, Multiple Properties). The aim is to provide an experience with increased efficiency and reduced dependency on manpower with our hotel property management system.
