Hotelogix - Client Manager - Product Implementation (2-4 yrs)
- Timely onboarding of services opted by the client as per set SLA's
- Client engagement, follow-ups, and managing client issues through Mails and Calls
- Providing effective trainings so as to enable the client
- Increase client's product adoption
- Coordinate with the backend team to ensure swift service

Incorporated in March 2008, Hotelogix provides a cloud-based Property Management System to small & midsize Hotels which includes ( B&Bs, City Hotels, Serviced Apartment, Guest House, Multiple Properties).
