Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate must also hold relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and a certification in cloud security.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred (B.tech, B.E, BSC, BCA/M.Tech, MSC, MCA)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
- Certification in Cloud Security (such as AWS Certified Security - Specialty or equivalent).
- Proven experience in technical support, with a focus on cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with a variety of web hosting issues including domain setup, DNS configuration, email troubleshooting, website migration, and server performance.
- Utilize control panels such as cPanel, Plesk, and WHM to assist customers with account management and troubleshooting.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure, focusing on AWS and Azure platforms.
- Manage, monitor, and optimize cloud server environments to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to cloud services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions and ensure smooth deployment and integration.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in cloud technologies and security.
