Primary roles & responsibilities:
- Develop the Business and grow the Customer base and solidify existing relationships.
- Develop long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
- Develop the Business & Sales Model for the clients. Develop innovative solutions sales models.
- Assume responsibility for the result, including costs, methods, and staffing.
- Develop the P&L for the business and help grow the business overall within your customer base.
- Take the Outbound Marketing Initiatives to gather leads.
- Create client presentations, proposals, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques.
- Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives
- Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies.
- Explore opportunities, up sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships
- Understand products and solutions and be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
- Drive revenue growth & pipeline in Strategic and Enterprise accounts
- Responsible for the overall quality of account management of their clients..
- Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Traits that we are looking for :
- Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
- Good Communication skills
- Proven record of achieving sales quota throughout
- Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
- Ability to do proper coordination with customers onsite.
- Knowledge on preparing & submitting work permits.
- Should be able to meet deadlines.
