Territory Manager - Enterprise Sales
- We are looking for a territory manager - Enterprise Sales to shape our sales organization in selected territories and scale revenue to the next level.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team for the selected territory of Account Executives across the enterprise and mid-market sales.
- The person should be excited about being part of his own organization, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
The important elements are :
- Domain Knowledge (ERP)
- Willingness to act as an Entrepreneur
- Compensation will have a basic fixed amount plus large profit sharing and ESOPS.
Responsibilities :
- Own all plans for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Build a sound-down team with clear laid performance KPIs.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan.
- Land and expand: Build process and create a funnel for business, enable relationships at OEM onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Evangelize our products & solution offerings and personally help close deals.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Over 4 years of core enterprise sales experience (ERP preferably) including management of teams and a track record of exceeding quota.
- Possess knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
- Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Strong communication and team building skills.
- Willing to work for a startup and ability to adopt & understand start up challenges.
- Finding a baby and nourishing & growing it like your own.
Required Qualification :
- Graduation : Any Graduate in Other - Not Required Per/CGPA
