Primary roles & responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- Proven experience in selling ERP Solutions to Enterprise Customers
- To execute all plans for developing the business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Build a sound-down team with clearly laid performance KPIs.
- Assists in the development of the sales plan.
- Land and expand : Build process and create a funnel for business, enable relationships at OEM onboarding, activation, and expansion.
- Evangelize our products & solution offerings and personally help close deals.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.
Traits that we are looking for :
- Experience conducting product demonstrations with the ability to build relevant, strategic messaging
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven record of achieving sales quota throughout.
- Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours
- Be a good team leader demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members
- Ability to do proper coordinate with customers onsite.
- Knowledge of preparing & submitting work permits.
- Should be able to meet deadlines.
