Designation/Role : Sales Manager - Field Sales

Location : Delhi/NCR

Experience : 3 years to 6 year(s) in financial product selling

Education Qualification: Any Graduate : 

Working day : 5.5 days

Salary : Best in the industry with a lucrative incentive plan.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities :

- Close new deals at a high rate

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Generate new leads within the sales territory

- Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a required basis

- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts

- Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions

- Educate customers on how products/software or services can benefit them financially and professionally

- Monitor the company's industry competitors and market conditions.

- Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)

- Develop and evaluate new sales strategies and models

- Build long-lasting client relationships

- Meet personal and team sales targets

- Able to lead the sales Team

- Attend meetings sales events, and training

- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data

- Manage your client database within your assigned territory

- Candidate must have two wheeler & valid driving license.

- Someone should have experience in banking & financial product selling Like current accounts, saving accounts, and Mutual funds.

- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented and motivated

- Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours

- Exhibit good marketing skills to make high sales

- Good presentation skills to convince customers

- Someone with good written and oral communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice

- Knowledge of different sales techniques

- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

- Critical thinker, problem-solving skills, and team player

- Good time-management skills.
