HostBooks - Direct Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
- 3-4 manpower required for Field Sales (FOS - Feet-on-Street)
- 1-3 years experience in Fintech Sales/Software Sales/Account Product/ERP/SaaS Products Sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Commerce or a related field is preferred.
Job Description :
- Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth research to understand the target market, identify key decision-makers, and uncover their software needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate our software solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their unique features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as C-level executives, Account & Finance Managers, and business owners, by understanding their business objectives and aligning our accounting software solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead negotiations, handle objections, and address customer concerns to overcome barriers and close sales deals.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations, tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently present complex software solutions
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of software sales techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose effective software solutions.
