Hostbooks - Business Manager - Sales (1-7 yrs)
An ideal Business Manager candidate should be a self-starter, full of zeal & should be able to navigate his way to achieve organizational goals & accomplish the defined tasks assigned to him.
The candidate should have a background in sales, channel management, partner appointment, giving sales demonstrations & presentations to close the deal specially for IT solutions for SMB business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & deliver comprehensive business plan for the assigned territory.
- New partner appointment.
- Lead generation & lead sourcing.
- New customer acquisition as per the planned AOP.
- Market development.
- Relationship with trade associations for restaurants, sweet shops & QSR to boost sales.
- Relationship with CA's/CS's/ICWA's to boost sales for accounting solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise & track record in the related field.
- Strong understanding & knowledge of products & ability to provide demonstrations.
- Excellent presentation & facilitation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
