HostBooks - Associate - International Sales (2-8 yrs)
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 2 Years in the International sales Voice process in QuickBooks
Education Qualification: Any Graduate
Working days- 5 days, Work from Office
Free Meals/Cab.
Shift - Night Shift
Note: Candidates with experience in the International Sales Voice process in QuickBooks are only eligible for this position.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities -
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to QuickBooks products and services.
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls regarding product/service sales in the QuickBooks USA Sales Process.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products/ software and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products/ software and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
