Job description :

- We are hiring Business Development Executive/ Sales Development Representative/ Sales executive role (BDA/ BDE/ BDM)

 Sector : Sales / Business Development / Sales support / Account Management

 Industry : Education / Ed-Tech / E-learning

- Sales type - Telephonic and online presentation to client on ZOOM, B2C

Roles and Responsibilities :

B2C Consultative Selling to Students & Parents.

1. Calling the leads and fixing demo classes for students

2. Follow-up with the leads diligently on a regular basis

3. Meeting and exceeding revenue targets

4. Maximizing leads conversion

5. Coordinating with Marketing and Operations team

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must have excellent communication skills

- must have high EQ and great interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand a child's needs and suggest courses accordingly, good at consultative selling

- Self motivated & target oriented
