Hospitality Minds - Manager - Social Media (3-5 yrs)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing social media accounts and creating compelling content that drives engagement and growth. As a Social Media Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for various clients.
- Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our brand.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and events.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of professional experience in social media management.
- Proven track record of growing and managing social media accounts for brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Marathi entertainment industry is a plus.
