Hospitality Minds - Manager - Social Media (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
2. Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter,
3. Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
4. Well versed with YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Knowledge
5. Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
6. Develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote your organisation and brand
7. Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
8. Undertake audience research
9. Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
10. Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
11. Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
12. Analyze competitor activity
13. Recommend improvements to increase performance
14. Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
15. Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
16. Manage a budget for social media activities
