What You Will Do
- Lead a team of the campaign, performance marketers, and Social Media Marketers
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Understand marketing briefs for different clients/Brands and execute or drive the same to deliver sales performance
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Skills Required :
- In-depth knowledge about creating effective targeting of audiences on Social Media & Google
- Has at least 3- 4 years of experience with marketing operations on primary channels like FB, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search, Google Ads, etc.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Has a good sense of understanding the business metrics and can derive meaningful insights basis the data reports
- Has at least 3+ years of professional work experience in campaign management and digital marketing in a reputed Brand or agency.
- Can drive content creation by collaborating with design teams
- Has led/managed Digital marketing teams for at least 2 years
Skills:- Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Web Analytics, and Social Media Marketing (SMM).
