Hospitality Minds - Executive - Marketing - Video Platform (0-1 yrs)
- Develop and execute a YouTube marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Create and manage YouTube channel(s) for the organization, including but not limited to uploading videos, optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content creators, graphic designers, video editors, social media managers) to develop and produce high-quality video content that aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize the organization's presence on the platform.
- Analyze and report on YouTube analytics data, including views, watch time, engagement rate, and subscriber growth to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand the organization's reach on YouTube and build meaningful partnerships that align with the brand's values and messaging.
- Conduct keyword research and develop SEO strategies to increase the visibility of the organization's YouTube channel and videos in search results.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on YouTube, including targeting, bidding, and ad creative.
- Monitor and respond to comments on the organization's YouTube videos to engage with the audience and improve customer satisfaction.
