Responsibilities :
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Knowledge of various sales categories.
- Enthusiastic towards customer's query solving and escalation handling.
- Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Good in follow ups with pending payment remainders.
- Good in coordination with respective dept. i.e accounts to operate with customer payment details with dues or payment reminders.
- Good in correspondence with customer and sales team to maintain a healthy official relationship .
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree in administration or a related field or any graduate.
- A minimum of 0 -5 Year experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer Savvy.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
