Hornback - Manager - Dealer Success/Business Development (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship & Sales Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dealers while driving sales performance and ensuring adherence to Hornback's brand guidelines.
- Dealer Compliance : Subtly control dealer actions to ensure timely credit returns and optimal customer service in line with Hornback's standards.
- Market Analysis & Reporting : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and dealer performance, providing regular updates and insights to senior management.
- Training & Support : Equip dealers with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Hornback products.
Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in dealer relationship management within the automotive, bicycle, or related industries.
