Horeca Sales Role - FMCG (2-4 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Horeca Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and driving sales in the Horeca channel. You will be building relationships with hotels, restaurants, and catering companies, understanding their needs, and ensuring our products meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Manage Accounts: Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key Horeca clients (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers) to maximize sales opportunities.

Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales to meet or exceed the company's revenue targets within the Horeca sector.

Client Visits: Conduct regular visits to clients to assess product needs, pitch new products, and maintain strong business relationships.

Market Research: Identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contracts and close agreements with Horeca clients, ensuring pricing, product delivery, and service requirements are met.

Promotions & Offers: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies, ensuring they are effectively communicated to Horeca clients.

Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to the sales manager.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in the Horeca segment.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Horeca industry, customer needs, and current market trends.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present to clients.

Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Results-driven: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.

Customer-oriented: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
