Job Description
- Trained and mentored new floor staff in tasks including receipting, restocking, documentation motivated team working under you.
- Relationship Management Maintaining relationship with various channel partners and internal departments to process the work within defined TAT.
- Communication Skills Strong command over verbal/written communication and should be a good listener (Proficiency over regional language I.e. Kannada, Telugu, English and Hindi will be an added advantage).
- Manage the weekly creation and daily management of the line haul schedule and associated systems
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
- Should be a problem solver rather than a just a task manager.
- Should be self-motivated and not be looking for a 9 to 6 job.
