Responsibilities :

- Comfortable in field sales

- Should be convenient to do Real Estate sales OR Brokers Engagement

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

- Set up meetings with potential clients/ Broker and listen to their wishes and concerns

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data

- Close the deal with the customers after having explained the product/ concept of company

- Evaluate customers potential, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships

- Maintain and expand client database
